UK Stewardship Code
The Matrix Group supports the aims and principles of the UK Stewardship Code (the “Code”) published by the Financial Reporting Council in July 2010. We are of the view that the funds managed by Matrix entities authorised asset managers do not generally invest in UK listed securities. On that basis, we do not believe that the Code currently applies to Matrix. However, we intend to keep this position under review and should the position change, Matrix will publish a detailed statement on our compliance with the Code.
