In partnership with BNP Paribas, Matrix has created three innovative structured products based around the Winton Trading Strategies Fund, a managed account of the world-renowned Winton Futures Fund.
These products aim to meet private clients’ requirements for significant capital security whilst giving them the opportunity to access the twin benefits that alternative investment funds offer to investors’ portfolios:

The aim of low correlation to traditional asset classes

Designed to provide a participation in the performance of the Winton Trading Strategies Fund, minus an annual deduction factor
Provides a guarantee that a fixed percentage of your original capital will be paid back to you after a fixed period
Designed to be held until maturity but it may be possible to sell shares through BNP Paribas, who act as a market maker
All returns are subject to Capital Gains Tax
Shares will qualify for ISA, SIPP and SSAS
The Winton Trading Strategies Fund
The Winton trading programme engages in the speculative trading of futures and forward contracts on world markets. Winton's investment philosophy is directed towards long term capital appreciation through compound growth. This is achieved by pursuing a sophisticated and widely diversified trading programme employing statistically-derived algorithms. The success of this programme does not rely on favourable conditions in any particular market or on general appreciation of asset values.
