Charles joined Matrix in May 2007. He was formerly CEO of Dexia Private Banking (UK) and Chairman of Ely Fund Managers Limited and has extensive experience of stock markets from the investors’ perspective. He also gained experience in Corporate Finance from his former roles with S G Warburg & Co Ltd and J S Gadd & Co Ltd (formerly C S Good). He was a founder non-executive director of Citigate (now Citigate Dewe Rogerson) and is currently Chairman of various unlisted and AIM listed companies.

Mike joined Matrix in March 2009. He joined from Ansbacher where he was previously the CIO of the Investment Management business. Mike has over 20 years experience in both Investment Banking and Investment Management at firms such as Morgan Stanley, SG and Cheyne Capital and has specialised in equity linked and structured products over that period. He read Law at Exeter University and thereafter completed a short service commission in the Blues and Royals.

Chris joined Matrix from Ansbacher Group where he spent 3 years developing structured products for use in discretionary portfolios along with advising on tailoring bespoke structured products for clients. Chris has over 20 years experience in financial markets and spent nine years in investment banking with SG Securities in London focused on convertible bonds and relative value products. Prior to SG Securities, he worked at Sabre Fund Management and Rudolf Wolff Fund Management where he set up and co-ran a fund involved in trading commodities, commodity futures and foreign exchange.

Neil Williams joined Matrix in March 2009 to help set up Matrix Investment Management. Before joining Matrix Neil worked for the Ansbacher Banking Group in Guernsey, while at the same time completing a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Portsmouth. Neil graduated in June 2002 and went on to join the Ansbacher Group Compliance department in London. After 3 and 1/2 years with Compliance, Neil joined the Ansbacher Investment Management team in July 2006 working as a Portfolio Manager servicing HNW/UHNW Private Clients and Trusts.

Zoe Lito joined Matrix in April 2009. She had previously worked at Ansbacher Investment Management whom she joined following the completion of her Economics degree in June 2006. She works as a portfolio manager specialising in quantitative analysis.

Debbie joined Matrix in August 08 as Operations Manager for MIM. She has gained over 10 year experience in asset management operations, managing the back and middle office processes for Dexia Private Banking (UK) and Ely Fund Managers Limited. Debbie joins us from Rathbones where she concentrated on the migration of clients to Rathbones after the acquisition of Dexia Private Banking (UK) and reviewing their operational processes.

Mal joined Matrix Corporate Capital in August 2009 from Singer Capital Markets. He has over twenty years experience in operations roles. He joined Teather and Greenwood in 1998 in managerial roles within operations.
