Matrix Corporate Capital incorporates both the original corporate finance business as well as the corporate broking and research areas. It is a member of the London Stock Exchange, a Nominated Adviser (NOMAD) and Broker to AIM companies and a Corporate Adviser to PLUS market companies. Its services include capital fund raisings for quoted and unquoted companies, mergers and acquisitions advisory, general corporate advisory, corporate broking and research and secondary trading. Matrix Corporate Capital covers a wide range of industries and companies with particular focuse on the following sectors: Property, Metals & Mining, Oil and Gas, New Energy, Clean-Tech and Funds.
Matrix Private Funds Group provides comprehensive advisory and fundraising services to International Private Equity and Venture Capital funds. The core focus of the business is to uncover the most compelling Private Equity and Venture Capital investment teams in both Old and Emerging Europe, and to work with them to secure their continued growth and success. This includes advising on market practice, the competitive landscape, fund positioning and strategy as well as raising capital from a targeted group of institutional investors, expanding and Internationalising the investor base.
